Head Start is a federally funded program that services primarily low-income children and their families.  The families in Head Start must qualify according to the income guideline set by the federal government and be age appropriate.  Please call (903)262-1180 for more information or visit us at 2800 Walton Road.

 

 

 



The child must be 4 Years Old by Sept. 1, 2011.  Children who are 3 yrs old with a history of a diagnosed disability (that meets school standards) will be considered for enrollment.

Please bring the following information: 

1. Proof of Income (2010 tax return, all sources)
2. Child's Birth Certificate
3. Child's Up-to-Date Immunization Record
4. Social Security Cards for all family members
5. Current Proof of Address (utility bill [gas, water, electricity] or rent receipt)
6. Driver License/Picture I.D. of Parent or Guardian                    7. Proof  of Medical Insurance
