In 2010, more than 840
Trash-Off events were held across the state, featuring more than
74,100 volunteers. All told, 6,219 miles of highway were cleared of
litter and debris, totaling a little more than eight million pounds

Tyler and Whitehouse ISD
Campus Crimestopper programs recently won Campus
Crimestopper Programs of the Year at the 15th
Annual Texas Campus Crime Stoppers Annual
Conference in College Station.
Tyler ISD and Whitehouse
ISD Campus Crimestoppers are umbrella programs
under Tyler-Smith County Crimestoppers. A panel
of judges choose a Campus Crimestopper program
from among the conference attendees that
demonstrate the best combination of deportment,
participation and teamwork at the conference.
