scheduling procedures. |

of student scheduling and developing the master schedule. |

eighth grade Algebra I and Spanish I credit for high school credit
transferred from Registrar. |

Evaluate and record transfer credits for transcripts. |

Record graduation date, rank and grade average on all graduates. |

Answer questions on transcripts concerning CORE classes. |

19. |
Collect and file all grade books at the end of the school
year. |

Answer questions about transcripts, boundary lines for
attendance, and GED. |

Destroy old grade books after six years. |

22. |
Mail report cards to parents of student who did not receive
report cards. |

Maintain all complete grade forms, grade correction sheets,
grade change correction forms, by teacher, to
be filed in permanent files. |

Performs other tasks and assumes such responsibilities as
related to the position and as assigned. |

Implement the policies established by federal and state
law, State Board of Education rule, and local board policy. |
