Prepares correspondence, memorandums, forms, requisitions, and reports for
the Director of Maintenance. |

Receive and process
work orders and emergency requests for service. |

Compile pertinent
data to prepare various required state and local reports. |

Maintain physical and
computerized departmental files, including preventive maintenance data and
work orders. |

Keep up-to-date files
for all department employees. |

Answer incoming
calls, take messages, and route them to appropriate staff. |

Answer incoming calls
and handle questions and requests that fall within level of
responsibility. |

|
Perform routine
bookkeeping tasks, including simple arithmetic operations, to maintain
departmental budget records. |

Prepare purchase orders and payment authorizations. |

|
Assist with inputting
all supply and equipment purchase information in computer. |

|
Complies with
directions and instructions from supervisor and performs other tasks and
assumes such responsibilities as may be assigned. |

Maintains positive
and cooperative working relationships with colleagues and others in the
conduct of district business; demonstrates teamwork in daily activities. |
