Maintain computerized files on the withdrawn
students; prepare enrollment reports. |

Maintain records on the principal’s roll, class
rolls, and overall campus attendance/enrollment totals. |

|
Post attendance and absences daily. |
-
|
Verify six weeks’ reports with daily attendance
sheets; ensure that the report balances with the six weeks’ report
printout. |

|
Prepare visiting teacher referrals. |
-
|
Receive incoming calls, take reliable messages, and
route to appropriate staff. |
-
|
Assist students, teachers, and parents as needed. |
-
|
Maintain physical and computerized files including
but not limited to inventory of school and office supplies, mailing lists,
student records, visitor logs, and office communication. |

|
Process maintenance work orders. |
-
|
Process purchase order requests, including
requisitions for materials from outside vendors. |
-
|
Prepare and make cash deposits for school. May be
responsible for activity checkbook(s) and ledger(s). |

|
Write checks, balance checkbook; reconcile bank
statements. |

|
Calculate and prepare sales tax reports. |
-
|
Perform routine bookkeeping tasks including simple
arithmetic operations to maintain the campus budget records; balance
budget codes with monthly printout. |

Maintain records on money received on lost and
damaged textbooks. |

|
Prepare payroll reports, absence from duty reports,
and substitute reports. |

|
Complies with directions and instructions from
supervisor and performs other tasks and assumes such responsibilities as
related to the position and may be assigned. |

Maintains positive and cooperative working
relationships with colleagues and others in the conduct of district
business and demonstrates team work in daily activities. |

Is prompt and timely in completing assignments and
attending to details accurately and efficiently. |

Has regular attendance and complies with notification
procedures for absences. |

Provides complete and accurate information in the
conduct of district business. |
