TISD Students Learn from China’s Professor of Dance

Cultural Minority Dance Performance

This is an exciting and unique experience for dance students at Robert E. Lee High School.  David Xu, a professor of dance at China’s Quijing University has taught the students a cultural minority dance routine in which they will perform.  Approximately 40 students have learned and practiced the dance all week.  Mr. Xu will perform a special minority dance himself.

Mr. Xu, along with Chinese students, is in Tyler because of the Tyler-Quijing partnership.
