Elementary Students to Speak with Former First Lady

Jones MST Academy

“Reading Discovery with Barbara Bush” Videoconference

Jones MST Academy has been selected as an interactive site for a video conference with former first lady Barbara Bush.  Students participating in the videoconference will have an opportunity to ask Mrs. Bush their selected question about the book “First Ladies, Women Who Called the White House Home.”  The third graders submitted five questions and were notified that one of their questions was selected to be read in the videoconference.

The Reading Discovery Distance Program and Videoconference is provided by the Education Department of the George Bush Presidential Library across the state of Texas.
